Telnet and Remote Login

Telnet and Remote Login:

Telnet stands for Tele-communication network.Telnet allows users to remote login to a host computer using a Telnet program. A client program running on the user's machine communicates by using the Telnet protocol with a server program running on the remote machine.

Remote Login: 

It is a process in which user can login into remote site i.e. computer and use services that are available on the remote computer. With the help of remote login a user is able to understand result of transferring result of processing from the remote computer to the local computer.
